Hi! My name is Emma, and I’m a young professional interested in creating meaningful and fun experiences for communities while also ensuring seamless daily operations for groups. I love connecting with others while striving to bring excellent service and help to those I serve (and don't). Work can be a place of community, connection, and fun while also being a conducive environment for success and growth. Let's change the way we think about work together! I also have a passion for understanding and addressing complex issues, particularly those related to social equality, the environment, and governance. I’m wired to work hard, help others, and think outside the box. I graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University - Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in political science and minors in law and sustainability. My time at university provided me with experience in research, analysis, collaboration, and project management, equipping me with the skills to be an effective and capable addition to any team. My experience in nonprofit work has given me skills in communication, project management, event planning, and volunteer recruitment, providing me with practical, real-world experience in making a positive impact on the organizations I work for.
