I manage the end-to-end product development cycle, including sampling testing and cost negotiation, through KPIs focused on timelines that are shared with cross-functional teams to ensure all logistics run seamlessly. As the Senior Manager of Trim Sourcing at Aritzia, I recognize the importance of cross-functional teams working together as a launchpad for driving product focus and seasonal strategies, and ensuring that ideas align with immediate and long-term business objectives and hitting key deadlines.
