I am a fully qualified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Level 7 qualified Executive Coach, with a determination and passion to support, develop and help retain an Organisation's people and resources in order to maximise the potential of its individuals to ensure the achievement of its long-term objectives. I have worked at both strategic and operational level, and throughout my career, have sought to promote practices that result in high performing organisations and believe that those practices which create employee engagement are critical to securing long-term Organisational success. As Head of Learning and Development within Isle of Man Government I am privileged to work alongside a team of highly professional like- minded individuals whose dedication and commitment to supporting individuals and the wider organisation to maximise potential is second to none. I am accredited in the use of Thomas International’s TEIque Psychometric, MBTI and the suite of diagnostics offered by Human Synergistics which I use to enhance individual awareness and effectiveness. I am currently supporting a number of individuals through coaching to recognise and articulate their challenges, and "dig deep" to identify their solutions; my role? To provide the spade!
