Before joining the PC Optimum team, I led lifecycle at Maple, a leading virtual care provider helping millions of Canadians connect with doctors and specialists through targeted, personalized communication programs across B2C, B2B and B2I programs. I supported the transition of Maple's largest base from a transactional payment model to subscription, led a large scale CRM vendor upgrade to Braze and redefined patient strategy, segments and journeys on the platform. Prior to transitioning into loyalty marketing, I designed, built, and managed a range of digital solutions including web design and development, content and digital editorial management, copywriting, and SEO for both large and small brands.
