For the past 20 years, I’ve played a pivotal role at Franklins Solicitors LLP, overseeing HR, compliance, and administration across our Milton Keynes and Northampton offices. My role is vast (massive, really!), but at its core, I focus on building strong compliance frameworks, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our people thrive in a supportive workplace.
