Results-driven professional with a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, and program oversight within public service environments. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst Specialist at Equus Workforce Solutions, I ensure organizational processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements through review and continuous process improvement. Previously, I served as a Compliance Analyst Supervisor with the City of San Antonio, where I led reviews to ensure program eligibility compliance, trained new team members, and developed data-driven reports to support executive decision-making. My experience has strengthened my ability to identify risks, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold accuracy and accountability. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of the Incarnate Word and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas A&M University–San Antonio.
