Emma is a Legal Director in the Healthcare & Public Law Team in London. She has a broad practice which includes mental capacity law, mental health law, medical ethics, human rights, complaints handling, commissioning decisions and disputes, judicial review and data protection. She regularly represents clients in the Court of Protection, is the editor of Hill Dickinson’s quarterly Court of Protection newsletter and is recognised as a Key Lawyer in the Legal 500 for Court of Protection work.
