About Emma Rhyner

I'm passionate about helping people live healthier, more empowered lives—whether through public health initiatives, community engagement, or fitness and wellness. My background blends experience in public health, caregiving, and clinical settings, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making a meaningful impact. Over the past few years, I’ve worked on projects ranging from mental health education to personalized fitness programs. I’ve also spent several years as a nanny, which strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, patience, and clear communication. In addition, I’ve worked as an inpatient phlebotomist in fast-paced, diverse hospital settings, where I developed strong clinical and interpersonal skills and learned how to stay calm and focused under pressure. I’m especially interested in the intersection of health education, direct care, and community support—and I’m always looking to grow in this space.
