I am a results-driven finance executive that 'walks the talk' and leads by example. I thrive when working in dynamic, fast paced corporate environments, with an emphasis on driving change and achieving challenging strategic goals. It’s important to me to work for a company that values integrity and transparency and has a culture of continuous improvement both for myself and for my team, where I can mentor and develop them to achieve their career aspirations. I enjoy being a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and the Board and my strength is in being able to effectively communicate complex issues simply and logically to influence decision making and deliver growth. In my career I have demonstrated a high capacity for flexibility; to learn, adapt and deliver on new skills and responsibilities. I have also seen the value that an effective finance function can bring to the table in providing strategic decision making support to help a business achieve its vision, to be true business partners, and this is what I bring to the roles I undertake.
