About Emma Rossiter

My background and professional experience make me a highly ambitious and motivated individual, with a strong customer facing and service background. I am an experienced management professional with proven leadership and relationship building skills, both within my previous role as complaints supervisor within financial services, and in my current role as an operations manager within the NHS. I currently manage a team of people in a fast paced and highly charged office, who are responsible for the matching, allocation and retrieval of human organs and tissues for transplant. Clear communication between a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff is an absolute necessity, as is the ability to get things done right first time. I have played a key role in the training of new staff and always make myself available to help others and my employer where required. I am very focused on getting any job done and take a pride in my work by ensuring it is right first time and is completed within any agreed timescale. However, I also aim to manage expectations and am realistic in what I can achieve. I am meticulous, excellent at juggling multiple tasks at once and working under pressure. Broad industry experience includes Healthcare, law and finance.
