About Emma Salah

Well Grounded runs a series of Speciality Coffee Training Academy, transforming lives through coffee. We are London’s first social enterprise solely focused on developing a diverse talent pipeline for the speciality coffee industry. We link local people, to local specialty coffee jobs, and provide ongoing professional development for all our Graduates. Working with over 140 employers we find, develop and nurture talent. As Partnerships Manager at Well Grounded I hope to support individuals into work, building confidence and skills to support them on their growth journey. I am always looking to connect with those who share our mission and discover a way we can work together. I am trained as a mental health first aider and am driven to continue to explore how to best support wellbeing and mental health within workplaces. People are a critical part of any success story and therefore we must seek out, grow and nurture human talent in the best way.
