I currently serve as a Funding & Compliance Officer, managing government-funded contracts supporting over 800 individuals in gaining sought after skills, within areas such as Digital Marketing and Data Analytics, to improve their job prospects. With experience in the NHS, project and operations management, and data quality and compliance, I prioritise roles that positively impacts communities and individuals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led as Operations Manager for the vaccination booster program, coordinating vaccinations for 500+ healthcare professionals and overseeing a team that vaccinated individuals. In other roles, I honed skills in project management, stakeholder relations, process improvement, and governance, to ensure successful project delivery. As a Funding & Compliance Officer, I have gained expertise in government funded programme rules and regulations, analysing large data sets, and maintaining high-quality, accurate data management. In doing so, I provide insightful reporting to senior leadership, as well as achieving a 100% success rate of error-free monthly reports to the Department for Education and two successful external audits. Beyond work, I enjoy attending gigs, spending time with our family dogs, and visiting the beach.
