As an author assistant, I provide blog management and maintenance, business admin, self-publishing and website support to busy authors who want more time to write, rather than spending time on the technical and repetitive tasks that can be outsourced. My most popular package is Blog Management, where the client sends the raw content of each blog and the necessary work is then carried out to a high standard to get that content out to websites, social media and mailing lists in an accurate and timely manner. Further details can be found on my website at More about me: After working as a Project Manager for ten years, in manufacturing and later IT with Capgemini, I was approached by the owner of the scuba diving centre where I was one of the scuba instructors on the dive team. He had seen me working on the stand at the Dive Show and liked how well I seemed to get on with everybody I spoke to, and asked if I would manage one of his dive shops for him. Obviously I agreed, and with that and teaching people to dive had two of the best working years of my life, even if it did seem to take up every single waking minute. Unfortunately, this wasn't meant to be and it closed in 2014, leaving me with a decision to be made of what to do with my life.
