A highly motivated leader specialising in operations management, relationship management and strategic planning who puts 100% into everything and loves sharing challenges and successes in a team environment. Driven by challenge and achievement, with the belief that a great culture delivers exceptional results and having a sense of humour can make heavy work lighter. To be successful, I believe, building strong relationships is key. Having mutual trust and a true understanding of the wants and needs of those around you will always provide a strong foundation for both the good and challenging times. Playing many different team sports & growing up in a large family has taught me to play well with others. Achieving or learning together, is more gratifying than “winning” on your own. I love solving problems and turning the complicated into something simple and effective.
