I thrive in program auditing and targeting areas for improvement to include cost savings, systems adjustment and change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, training, mentoring, and restructuring, along with cost/time savings, and overall sales. I am intrinsically passionate about every job; I fully apply myself to every position. Why go to work if you don’t love your job? I drive my staffs to perform to high level, beyond their personal expectations, and together we achieve harmony and results. I retired from the Coast Guard after 24 years and am enjoying beach living and being on the water at every opportunity.
