As an AVP at Bank of America, I lead the optional dividends elections team within EMEA markets, serving a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and trading desks. With a collective 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have developed strong skills in project delivery, risk management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Bank of America, I was an Engagement Manager at Albany Beck, a growing management consultancy for financial services in the ROI. There, I managed upto 50 consultants, overseeing their performance, development, and culture. I also have a background in teaching English in South Korea, where I honed my communication, adaptability, and intercultural skills. I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and have coached at F45 Training, the world's fastest growing fitness franchise, where I helped people of all fitness levels improve their cardiovascular fitness and strength.
