I have over 4 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Advisor working within the civil construction industry. With a strong understanding of WHS legislation, construction industry codes of practice and best practice, is resourceful and proactive with great communication and relationship building skills required for improving WHS processes, improving and maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing workers and maintaining and improving the WHS management system. As a HSE Advisor, I am involved in the safety compliance and implementation of project health and safety and environmental management. My duties include company inductions, carrying out safety pre-starts and toolbox talks, weekly and monthly inspections and audits, subcontractor management, incident investigation and management and more. I am currently responsible for Health and Safety, environmental and community management on Ferrycarrig’s Prospect to Macarthur Link (Promac) Pipeline at Oran Park Reservoir project that Ferrycarrig is delivering for Sydney Water.
