About Emma Swanson

I am currently a 4th year student studying Neuroscience (BSc) at the University of Glasgow. I have an interest in data analysis to collate information and come to an overall conclusion using a variety of different techniques. I partook in a week long course called molecular methods which allowed me to become comfortable with a variety of lab techniques and different forms of data analysis. I have worked as a football coach through the SFA for 4 years and this had allowed me to gain many skills such as communication to a variety of ages (parent/guardian and children) as well as allowing me to express my skills in decision making and planning my lessons and football drills in advance of the class. These skills were very transferable when I started tutoring which I enjoy doing alongside my university work throughout the year.
