I have over 20 years’ strategy, delivery, business development and change management experience with specialisms in national and international development, social sector, sustainability, climate change, private sector, fundraising and financing and large scale transformation. Throughout my career, I have advised many Government, Commercial, Public Sector and Third Sector organisations to develop and deliver sustainable strategies, enable them to design, build and deliver effective programmes, evaluate and improve performance and to accelerate achievements. These have contributed to significant national policy, systems and performance improvements. I have also developed successful multi-million pound proposals and business cases to help them to access, negotiate and secure complex funding and innovative financing mechanisms. I have built and led teams that have helped to rapidly scale start-up companies, grown established businesses into market leaders and directed national and regional community transformation programmes.
