Bonjour, Je suis diplômée ingénieur agro-alimentaire de l'Institut Agro Dijon depuis 2022. Je suis actuellement en CDD chez Roquette en tant qu'ingénieure R&D après avoir effectué un VIE Protein Chemistry aux Etats-Unis chez Roquette également. J'ai déjà plusieurs expériences en Recherche & Développement en entreprises agroalimentaires qui ont toutes suscité un réel intérêt pour ce domaine qui m'attire et me passionne. Mes derniers travaux portent sur les fonctionnalités des protéines. Je suis très intéressée par l'aspect recherche dans les ingrédients. I am actually working at Roquette as a R&D scientist after doing a VIE in the US as a VIE R&D Protein Chemist also at Roquette. I already have several experiences in Research & Development in food companies that have aroused real interest in this field, which atrracts and fascinates me.
