About Emma Wall

I am a lifetime Bear and graduate of Missouri State University. At MSU I learned to prioritize academic coursework, a part time job, and the rigor of being a Division 1 athlete. I was named first team all conference all four years for the Missouri State Swim and Dive Team, earning multiple Missouri Valley Conference Championship titles. During my last semester, I began an internship at Big Cedar Lodge, America’s premier wilderness resort. Serving as an associate at Bent Hook Marina, I provided excellent customer service and demonstrated knowledge about boating and water safety throughout each guest's marina experience. Upon graduation I was hired as the Conference Services & Catering Coordinator for the sales department within the same company. I supported sales, catering, and conference services managers with inquiries, initial communications, and mastered Delphi, an essential planning program for all facets of large group business. Within six months, I was promoted to my current position as Conference Services Manager. I am responsible for creating and detailing all group banquet event orders and resort activities. I work closely with my team and each client to provide genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and to establish valued relationships.
