With over 13 years’ experience, I bring deep expertise in public policy, strategic reform, economic advisory, and cross-sector collaboration. My work has spanned areas including social policy, infrastructure, urban and regional planning, and education—always with a focus on delivering equitable and sustainable outcomes. Having grown up with lived experience of social disadvantage, I’ve built my career with a clear purpose: to influence systems that create better opportunities for all. I’ve worked across government, consulting, and community-based settings, leading multidisciplinary teams and advising senior decision-makers to co-design and deliver reforms that are inclusive, evidence-based, and scalable. I thrive in complexity, especially where strategy, policy, and people intersect. My leadership is grounded in empathy, commercial insight, and a commitment to public value.
