About Emma Williams

I serve as a primary Learning Management System Administrator managing course content and user access within the system, design asynchronous courses, and create and deliver in-person leadership instruction. I served as the LMS Administrator, designed asynchronous courses, and delivered virtual and in-person instruction. As an English Language Teacher at EPIK (English Program in Korea), I adapted and delivered engaging and effective instruction for four sections of third and fifth grade, as well as a class of students who recently returned to Korea. I also collaborated with the Special Education team by providing upcoming lessons and meeting weekly to discuss best practices. With over five years of teaching experience in various settings and levels, I have developed strong skills in facilitation, curriculum design, and instructional design. I am passionate about learning and development, and I seek to constantly expand my knowledge and skills by reading, experiencing, and acquiring new credentials. I have completed courses in Microsoft Office, Innovation Through Design, and Adult Learners, and I am interested in exploring the diverse and dynamic field of Learning and Development across multiple industries and platforms. I value knowledge sharing, resource exchange, and creation of space and place for others to foster their best selves.
