About Emmanuel Bert

I am a multicultural traffic engineer, well-organized with strong self-management skills. I have over 20 years of experience in project and product management within the traffic and decision support domains, handling complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams across the globe. After the initial part of my professional career in academia as a research engineer and PhD student, I chose to apply these competencies in the industrial sector. Solving complex problems and delivering efficient solutions is a key driver for my motivation. For more than 13 years, I participated in the development, commercialization, and best practices of a complex traffic simulation tool (Aimsun-Barcelona). In the latter part of my career, I embarked on a new venture as a business owner, developer, and manager in Spain. My goal is to provide advanced hardware and software solutions to expert clients—both public and private—to address mobility challenges. Collecting data and monitoring traffic are among these challenges. I specialize in traffic engineering, modeling, automation, and IT.
