Electrical engineer graduated in 1969/70 by Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. Experience directed towards digital system protection and control. Power system studies ( short circuit, stability and load flow). Solid experience with ONS´s Network Procedures (Procedimentos de Rede) inclusive of Basic Network access. Has CAT (Certidão de Acervo Técnico) concernng 1820 MW Hydro Power Plant and 500 kV substations. Has worked and had training abroad in the UK, Switzerland, USA and Equador. Presently working as the partner of SIEGER dedicated to electrical energy generation, tranmisson and distribution consultancy, Worked for BBC, ALSTOM (protection) and SCHWEITZER and Brazilan consultacy companies such as THEMAG and CNEC(now Worly Parsons). Experienced in digital protection, control and measuring systems including protection calculations. Good knowledge of stabilitiy, shortcircuit and loadflow softwares. Experienced in preparing information to access the EHV Brazilian Grid. Experience in EHV up to 500kV and medium and large hydro power plants project, specification and estimate. Will relocate, if necessary. Home office is well accepted, as well. Part time and job scheduled tasks are well apreciated. Fluent in English, Portuguese and able to adequately express myself in German, French and Spanish.
