He has a rich history with Indonesia that dates back for over 20 years and during this time he has developed a strong attachment to the country’s people & culture. He commenced his career as an Executive Search Consultant in the 1990’s when he worked for leading European recruitment firms in both London & Paris. In these roles, he assisted blue-chip multinational organizations and start-up/growth stage companies with the hiring of critical C-level and mid-level Professional Talents. Alongside Executive Search, Emmanuel has also spent over a decade working in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry. During this time he has been based in multiple ASEAN cities that include Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali & Jakarta. Emmanuel has completed a significant range of Executive Search assignments across South East Asia assisting his clients in structuring/recruiting their management team. His expertise covers multiple key industry sectors including Mining, Real Estate, Fintech, Management Consulting, Plantations, Insurance, Legal, Digital Technology, and Hospitality to name a few. In 2020, during the Corona pandemic, Emmanuel partnered up with Dietrich to form Surya Solution, a new Cross-Industry Executive Search Practice (sub-division) of PT Global Expat Recruiting. Emmanuel earned a Degree in Law from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, France. As a good Frenchman, in his spare time, he enjoys the finer things in life; excellent food, Cuban cigars & spending quality time with his family.
