Four years ago during COVID, my wife called while I was finishing an Amazon delivery shift: “We’ve got a light bill due—and no way to pay it.” That call changed everything. I started selling chocolates door-to-door—not for a fundraiser, but to survive. When I realized the margins wouldn’t sustain us, I taught myself how to make my own. That challenge introduced me to the full sales cycle: prospecting, building trust, crafting offers, and closing. What started as a side hustle grew into a six-figure business and sparked my passion for B2B sales. Since then, I’ve thrived as an Account Executive, where I’ve built pipeline from scratch, handled outbound and inbound deals, and consistently exceeded targets. I’m now pursuing a role where I can continue advancing in tech sales—especially at a company like Grammarly, where mission, clarity, and ethics matter. I bring a foundation in Computer Science, but my edge is in storytelling, discovery, and translating customer challenges into real value. I’m drawn to roles where I can partner with marketing, guide discovery, and lead sales cycles that feel human—not transactional. Long-term, I see myself mentoring new reps and helping build high-integrity sales cultures that obsess over value, not activity. Outside of work, I stay creative through music and outreach.
