Manny is Australian General Manager and Head of Legal at LegalVision (2021 and 2022 Law Firm of the Year at the Australasian Law Awards). Manny manages a team of Practice Leaders (partner equivalent), and oversees the growth and performance of the Legal Team (over 120 lawyers), while maintaining the firm's client-centric and quality-driven approach. Manny's expertise is in the drafting, review and negotiation of procurement, construction, ICT and general commercial contracts. Manny has experience preparing a broad range of general commercial contracts, including Supply Agreements, Services Agreements, Distribution Agreements (both domestic and international), Manufacturing Agreements, Referral Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, and IP Licensing and Assignment Agreements. Manny also has experience working with developers, contractors, operators, service providers and government clients on small, medium and large-scale building & construction projects (both commercial and residential), including In addition, while at LegalVision, Manny has worked on a broad range of ICT agreements, including hardware, software and services sales and procurement agreements.
