About Emmanuel Muller

Expressing my talents as a dynamic, passionate and imaginative ICT specialist with a strong ability to manage and actively coach and support teams, I am a native communicator, both in the management of teams and projects. I had various roles within my career as from Team Lead / Coordinator, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst to Developer. I have solid experience for leadership and coaching. I am autonomous, structured and self-organized both alone and as a strong team player. Having also been self-employed for few years, I am customer and service minded, result oriented and also pretty much able to prevail and value my skills wisely. I use and value my experience and technical background at the service of the customer as much as possible. I also wrote, reviewed and validated many business cases also ensuring the compliance of different deliverables within projects and their compatibility with the standards and technical or even architectural constraints already in place. To conclude, I am someone who does not hesitate to put his hands in the grease when needed. Coordinator born, I animated many scrum meetings (as scrum master) not hesitating to put the involved parties around a table to either align or resolve or mitigate any conflicts or problems.
