I have +16 years of experience in the banking industry, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a passion for learning and applying new technologies and skills. I have recently completed Google Cybersecurity and Data Analytics certificates, which have enabled me to enhance the bank's security and data-driven decision making capabilities. I hold an MBA in Marketing from EBS, Enugu, Nigeria, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
