Professional Electrical Engineer with more than 20 years’ overall experience in the field of project management, electrical engineering design specializing in power transmission and distribution with a strong background in operation & maintenance. • Extensive experienced in load flow analysis, short circuit studies and protection relay setting co-ordination in a power distribution network using ETAP software. • More than five years’ experience in design and specification of 132kV/33kV, 33kV/11kV substations including controls & protections and 132kV underground XLPE cables with cross-bonding arrangement. • 11 years’ experience in a combined cycle power plant (CCPP) for the refurbishment and expansion projects of 2,350MW total generating capacity. • Well-versed in FAT & SAT for 132kV/33kV Transformers, 132kV & 33kV GIS, MV metal-clad switchgears, HV & MV cables and MV MCCs. • Broad experienced in operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment of highly critical semiconductor industrial plant with a clean room facility. • More than 10 years in project execution, site management, planning, supervision and installation of substations and power plant equipment in power utility industries. • Proficient in computer software applications such as MS Office, MS Project, ACAD, CYMCAP, PSSE and ETAP. • Familiar with IEC, NEC, NETA, OSHAS and NFPA standards. • Able to provide technical training and leadership within multicultural team environments. • Capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of occupational health and safety practices to broad areas of assignments. • Adept in pre-qualification evaluation of Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants. • More than 15 years experience in installation, testing & commissioning activities in a power generation and heavy industrial plant. • Extensive experience in O&M activities of major electrical and mechanical equipment.
