Emmanuel Tsagakis

Background

About Emmanuel Tsagakis

I am a secondary education teacher with one year of experience. In the past, I have worked as a private tutor in small groups (5-6 students) and one-on-one. I am qualified to teach Ancient Greek, Latin,(Modern Greek) Literature, Ancient and Modern (Greek) History, as well as the subject of Writing. I am very motivated to pursue a teaching career and ideally I would like to be part of a school community. As a remnant from my teaching practicum I am more than willing to participate and contribute to all aspects of school life and co-curricular activities that will help the further development of the school’s students, including myself. It is my belief that I am a teacher capable of delivering inspirational lessons and ensure that my pupils are appropriately challenged and supported to achieve their very best. Partly, my success lies in the fact that I am able to create a good learning environment in the classroom, adapt my teaching style and adjust the communication style to the needs of different students depending on age, culture, ability & learning style. It is my goal to plan, deliver and assess lessons that ensure students are learning at their full potential.
