Une expertise populationnelle et multithématique en santé publique : situation de vulnérabilité, précarité, personnes migrantes, avancée en âge, Vih, toxicomanies, activité physique des jeunes.Avec une attention particulière à la prise en compte des inégalités sociales et territoriales. De nombreuses expériences de co-construction avec les parties prenantes dans différents organismes régionaux, départementaux ou nationaux. Et toujours un intérêt pour le développement des compétences des acteurs concernés via la formation et le transfert de connaissances et l'appui aux jeunes professionnels. Emmanuelle Hamel M.A : I hold a degree in public health and social administration from the French National school of advanced studies in public health. I have acquired a solid experience in the management of public health organizations, as well as in the regional governance of prevention systems, while participating in and managing several regional and national projects. Since 2023, in charge of life course and populations based approach at Santé Publique France, the French National Public Health Agency. Our team is in charge of social marketing, toolkits, studies related to health promotion. I have particular interests in issues to do with quality, effectiveness and capacity building in health promotion.
