About Emmanuelle Roux

What drives and impassions me? Without a doubt, it is to enlighten leaders and help them act, create, and transform with more strength, power, and above all, purpose. I invite them to explore realms beyond their natural domains and gain a better understanding of either the economic world if they come from the public or academic sector, or the world of the common good if they come from the private sector. I enjoy bridging these worlds, making connections, enabling everyone to collectively understand and grasp the complexity of our world. I hope to contribute to strengthening our ability to build a desirable, viable, and sustainable society. As a passionate advocate for popularization, I strive to make complex concepts accessible and shed light on weak signals. My goal is to offer an informed perspective and encourage an integrative approach to complexity, rather than reducing it to isolated elements. At the heart of these passions lies a fundamental question: How can we rethink education and foster a desire for learning? How can we encourage each individual to nurture their curiosity, update their knowledge, and broaden their expertise? How can we value curiosity alongside expertise? How can we nurture explorers ready to Shape the Future and empower them to feel legitimate in the face of the unknown and uncertainty? For me, one of the essential keys lies in creating spaces (even third places) and moments conducive to unexpected encounters, immersion in problem-solving, and experimentation around complex subjects. It is in these interactions and spaces that I love to see teams, projects, and sometimes future successes emerge. Navigating our complex world also requires understanding the realms of data and AI, grasping their stakes, and envisioning how to integrate them into one's activities. That's why I assist organizations in considering the role of data and AI in their operations and making data actionable for everyone to unleash its potential, allowing each individual to rethink their activities.
