About Emme Beisel

I started working at Planet Fitness as a part time Member Service Representative after coming home from my freshman year of college at Saginaw Valley State University. I accepted the position just thinking that it would be an easy/boring job to get me through the summer until I went back to school. My experience at Planet Fitness that summer was the complete opposite of what I thought it would be. I learned nearly nothing about fitness and EVERYTHING about my passion for helping people and management. I have been so blessed with amazing managers that were willing to teach me how to be a successful manager in the future. I have decided to stay an MSR so I can focus on my studies, but when the time comes to take that next step into management.I will be more than prepared. My managers have given me small management tasks to prepare me for the future and I am very grateful that they trust me enough to do that work. Helping people, implementing employee engagement, watching your co-workers/business thrive.it's a dream. I'm so thrilled to have found my passion and so thankful to work for a company that has inspired me. I am currently a junior at Macomb Community College (partially at Walsh College). I am studying Business Management with hopes to graduate with my bachelors in 2019/2020. After graduation I would like to work towards accepting a position in the Human Resource Management field. I am passionate about the HR side of management so that would be a dream job for me. The school work is never too overwhelming when you love what you are studying!
