Graduated from the ENSIC chemical engineering school, I currently work at Lubrizol in Rouen as Process improvement Manager. I'm in charge of the process Improvement team for the production composée by engineering, specialits and technicians. I started as process Improvement engineer, before getting the opportunity to be in charge as leader of remediation team after the September 2019 Lubrizol incident in Rouen which allowed me to develop my leadership, HSE and project management skills. Then I took the role of process Improvement leader for the intermediate products. My current role gives me now the opportunity to have an overview of all the plant activity.
