About Emmi Kuisma

With over 8 years of experience in learning and development, I am passionate about creating engaging and effective learning solutions that enhance the customer experience and the employee performance. At Svea Solar, I was a learning specialist who designed and delivered online and offline training programs for the installation team, using various tools and platforms. Previously, I was the Nordic consumer and customer service training manager at Electrolux, where I planned, executes, and evaluated training activities for employees across the Nordic region. I also collaborated with various stakeholders and partners to align the training strategy with the business goals and the customer needs. In addition, I have a background in e-learning and event production, as well as a bachelor's degree in business management, which gives me a unique perspective and a creative edge in my field. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges, and I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation in my work.
