About Emmie Dohse

As a seasoned program manager with a unique background in education and tech, I’m passionate about driving growth and enhancing organizational efficiency to achieve results. I have a strong track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, developing effective strategy to support business units, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to support success. My journey as an educator started in 2017 teaching general music and chorus in the public school system. I’ve always been enthusiastic about helping young minds reach their full potential in the arts, and found it a rewarding career. In 2020, I leveraged learning technology to deliver scalable and effective content to over 300 students in virtual and hybrid instruction. I found creative ways to closely monitor students' progress and skill development, ensuring that their growth translated into tangible improvements in their work, while also developing a community previously developed in the brick-and-mortar classroom. At the closing of my MBA program in 2022, I transitioned to a space that would leverage my skill set and have a greater impact on the wider industry. In my current role as an operations coordinator, I work closely with leadership to ensure team goals are aligned with actionable business objectives. Communication, creativity, presentation, and facilitation are a few among the many transferable skills from teaching that I rely on in this position.I take great pride in my ability to bridge the gap between education and technology, and am committed to creating positive, transformative change.
