As a dedicated Pharmacy Liaison Manager, I am committed to serving as a central source of pharmacy information for the Health Team at GenderGP, expertly managing prescription resources, and ensuring seamless communication with our pharmacy partners. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of our services. My key accountabilities include- Managing daily operations related to prescriptions and pharmacy partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, stock availability, and planning- Monitoring returned prescriptions to identify trends and improve return rates- Proactively addressing service level issues and collaborating closely with the Relationship Manager to maintain adherence to working agreements- Employing the Pharmacy Information Request Protocol to monitor requests from partnered and non-partnered pharmacies- Providing feedback on new protocols, processes, and policies, while conducting audits and reviews of prescription-related protocols with external partners- Managing and collaborating with our our team of prescribing doctors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and protocols- Collaborating with the Clinical team to facilitate the integration of new clinical prescribers into our technology systems- Championing the Clynxx System, implementing protocols and maintaining strict adherence to all relevant regulations, addressing feedback, and troubleshooting technical issues.
