About Emod Vafa

I am an executive marketing leader who views growth as a product of engineering, not just intuition. Over the past 14 years, I have architected high-performance marketing engines for enterprise tech, SaaS, and specialized professional services across North America. My expertise lies in navigating the complexity of scaling organizations from initial traction to market leadership. At Intercap, I led a cross-functional team of 15 to double ARR from $5M to $10M. At VerticalScope, I orchestrated the expansion of the e-commerce marketing division from 4 to 40 specialists, scaling lead volume by 75%. I focus on the intersection of data-driven performance and operational efficiency. By integrating AI-driven automation with rigorous funnel optimization, I specialize in reducing acquisition costs while expanding revenue footprints. Core Competencies:Strategic Leadership: Building and mentoring multi-disciplinary, high-output teams. Performance Architecture: Full-funnel demand generation across search, social, and programmatic channels. Capital Efficiency: Driving measurable ROI and ARR growth through advanced attribution and data visualization. Technological Innovation: Leveraging an AI-first stack to streamline marketing operations and replace legacy inefficiencies. I am committed to the "Quiet Power" of results. Whether leading a VC-backed startup or an established enterprise, my objective is simple: to build the systems that make growth predictable.
