As Challenge Factory’s Vice President, Leadership and Consulting, I bring this belief to the leadership development, trusted advisor, and strategic human resources work I do each day. People tell me that I am a strategic, results, and change oriented leader. With thirty years of domestic and global human resources experience including leadership and executive roles at Stantec, BDO Global, Xstrata, and Hudson’s Bay Company, I am very proud to say that Challenge Factory has allowed me to bring this experience to work each day in this phase of my career. I offer the wisdom and passion to see the importance of culture to the organization as a whole and how the human resources function can engage its people and deliver sustainable value by enabling the business.
