I've tried my hand at a lot of things. I've been an entertainment journalist, a video editor, an on-camera host, a writer, an editor, a mentor, an artist, a marketer, a production assistant, and a radio DJ. But really, those aren't so different; they're all about creativity, collaboration, and helping people share their stories. These days, I help growing brands and GR0 alike share their stories by pinpointing and helping develop their unique point of view and mentoring blossoming writers as GR0's Associate Director of Writing and Brand Management And I'm having a blast. Along the journey, I’ve learned that flexibility is key to my success. Being able to roll with the punches and adjust my plan based on what’s working helps boost productivity so I can get everything done as efficiently and effectively as possible. I’ve also learned that positivity, creativity, and support are vital for success in my role. During my time at GR0, I’ve had the opportunity to grow our writer network from 100 writers to over 500 and lead an internal rebrand including concepting GR0's new mission, vision, and values, implementing a new social media strategy, taking our sales collateral to the next level and leading a website redesign.
