About Ena Basic

With 7+ years in the ultra-luxury automotive segment, I headed the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Central Asia for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. During my tenure, I managed CRM, events, digital marketing, engagement with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), dealer communications, and more. My role took me around the globe, delivering cars to royal palaces, launching vehicles in extraordinary locations like diamond caves in South Africa, attending F1 events with VIP clients, and hosting exclusive parties for celebrity customers. Despite the excitement, after nearly 8 years, it was time for a change. I realized I had hit a ceiling in my current role, and the next step within the corporate ladder didn’t appeal to me. Passionate about entrepreneurship and technology, I decided to pivot. In 2021, I co-founded CyberArrow, where I’m in charge of sales and partnership strategies amongst other things. CyberArrow is the top solution that helps companies efficiently manage security compliance requirements and programs.
