About Ena Zijadic

In the past decade I have had various experience in Marketing, Sales and Learning & Development. The last seven years I have explored the world of IT through VMware and Dell Technologies. After my years in Account Management, I realized I wanted to play a bigger part in the development of a workforce, hence in 2020 I became a Sales & Development Coach. Helping people thrive by working with them to grow in their career and in their personal development is incredibly rewarding to me. To take it one step further, I started working together with a project group, with the focus on creating a deeper self development culture by setting up valuable programs, trainings and frameworks. In this same period I have been picked to be part of several high potential programs, I have organized and presented presentations/workshops and several times led the quarterly All Hands together with Dell's General Director in front of the whole organization. All of this eventually led me to my current role as Global Learning & Development consultant. My passion for L&D comes from my own love for personal growth, ongoing pursuit of knowledge, excellent communication skills and strong compassion towards others. I know how to strongly connect to people and elevate them through empowering, yet exciting learning environments in becoming the best version of themselves professionally and personally.
