I'm working at the international exhibition organiser as an operational administrator. The business is running about exhibition which the themes are machine industry while all the exhibitors are from all of foreign countries. My responsibilities are: 1. To coordinate between exhibitors and our company so such exhibitors understand the willingnes and requirement that set by my company during or before exhibition and also to coordinate them to our official contractor, for instant receiving all the orders and making a note for forwarding to the Official contractor. To manage all the things (detail) related to other different exhibitions but in the same time. Because our exhibition mostly continuously. To work under pressure in limited time or deadline to make it done. To make sure that the sub contractors has been working in our rules. To make budgeting of all the needs to make some arrange. To make layouts / floorplan venue by Visio 7. To make contract for our exhibitors. To coordinate between the project department and marketing department.
