Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to building organizations that promote excellent customer and employee experiences. With a deep understanding of business operations and the positive results of a collaborative working style, I have successfully transformed and refined organizational structures in partnership with executive leadership, which created efficiencies and cost savings. A demonstrable history of spearheading the creation and implementation of learning and development programs along with performance management systems that established expectations, drove accountability, and boosted efficiencies. My ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has enabled me to design and deliver impactful strategies and cultures that support company missions, visions and objectives. I have successfully enhanced employee engagement rates, redesigned bonus programs in alignment with corporate structures and coached and mentored many individuals into senior roles- this includes executive coaching.
