About Endra Diputra

As VP of Consumer Business Strategy at Telkomsel, I’m fortunate to be part of a team that works on shaping the company’s direction—across growth strategy, ecosystem development, innovation, and long-term impact. Over the past 20 years at Telkomsel, I’ve contributed to initiatives in corporate strategy, sales strategy, customer growth, digital innovation, and ecosystem building—always guided by a desire to create meaningful value for people and communities. I had the opportunity to co-found INDICO, Telkomsel’s platform for digital verticals—from health-tech to ed-tech and agritech—which was honored with the Best Digital Transformation Programme at the 2023 World Communication Awards. In 2024, our internal innovation movement—Polaris—was recognized for Corporate Innovation at the World Communication Awards. This recognition speaks not to individual effort, but to the creativity and energy of Telkomsel’s people in bringing ideas to life from within. I also helped launch LangitMusik, an early step in supporting Indonesia’s creative and music industries. With two decades at the intersection of telecom, technology, and digital ventures, I focus on collaborative strategy, building ventures that matter, and nurturing innovation from the ground up. I believe in ecosystem thinking, customer closeness, and sustainability as a long-term commitment.
