About Endre Csorba

Life is a journey and at every step we'll be faced with choices that affect our future and our personality. The person I am today is shaped by the challenges I encountered, the opportunities provided, and the decisions I made. I used to begin my carrier as a Cisco network engineer. I had to learn a lot, to work precisely and to document my job. Some years later I became chief engineer, instead of questioning, I was the person who my younger colleagues asked for technical support. I had to have up to date, comprehensive, assured knowledge to share. As the organization grew, I had the opportunity to lead people. This required new skills, such as delegation, motivating different personalities, and providing safe working environment. A part of my job was the business development, too. Because of the P&L responsibility I involved in sales activity. As ex technical expert I could provide helpful support to the sales colleagues. I enjoyed the hunt for the business, my network has extended. As reaching my mid-life, I felt it’s time for finding new paths. A changed industry, I changed job role. Joining to a creative team, tangible products – gave me great inspiration. Becoming sales leader is only one step from the business development. This is my current state of life. My professional journey began with engineering, my steps went through the leadership, and a few years ago I arrived to the next stage, the commerce.
