I’m the owner and CEO of a company that primarily produces DIY Needlework Kits. I'm all about embracing challenges and constantly pushing myself towards improvement in all areas in my life. I believe empathy plays a key role in building meaningful connections with coworkers and business partners alike. You might wonder how I ended up in the needlework industry… Well, growing up, embroidery and stitching always surrounded me, and it definitely made its mark. Regardless, I always had a sense for aesthetic and beauty and I tend to pay attention to the small details and strive for excellence in everything I do. I believe that taking incremental steps will inevitably result in big changes over time. My journey from sales to becoming the sole owner and CEO has been one wild ride. It's been a valuable experience, both personally and professionally, that has taught me the importance of making quick decisions and taking action. Stepping out of my comfort zone has become my comfort zone! In the past year, since taking the reins of this company, I've been laser-focused on rebranding, building a positive company culture, and putting new systems in place. It's been an ongoing adventure, building a team of leaders who share the same drive for constant improvement. I do believe that forming a happy work environment that gives space to creative thinking will result in a final product that gives our customers a delightful experience. Don't get me wrong, running this company is a great driving force, but if I weren't doing this, I'd be seeking another exciting leadership role in a different field for sure. I feel I have the focus and the drive to lead and help others grow.
