About Endri Lico

I am a person who loves diversity, change, experimentation with new things and learning. I have great energy, motivation and passion when devoted to a cause. At the same time, I enjoy consistency; I am organized, persistent and patient in my work. Consequently, I feel particular reassurance in the knowledge that I will be among people who settle for nothing less than excellence. This for me is a special challenge to which, I am certain, I will respond successfully. To date I have turned out exemplary performances when I had to attain difficult and demanding targets and when I collaborated with people who held the highest expectations. At the same time, I am aware of how difficult it is to walk the path I have chosen for myself. But in spite of this, or perhaps because of this, I am committed to working very hard and to making sacrifices so that one day I can say that I made the right choice.
